Can I use a cleaning solution? Yes, you can use the cleaning detergent we come with, which can be added to the clean water tank. Please refer to the instructions on the package for the ratio of cleaning detergent to water.

Will the tank leak? We have not encountered this problem at this time. If you experience this problem while using our products, please ask us for a solution. NOTE: The amount of water in the tank should not exceed the MAX line.

Does the place it cleaned dry quickly? The water spray from our water jets is very fine, so as long as the amount of water is controlled, the fabric can dry quickly general. If you find that you have sprayed too much water, you can use other method to blow dry the fabric after cleaning.

How long does this fabric cleaner reach? This carpet cleaner machine has a 5m long wire and a 1.09m long tube, making it very easy to clean stairs.

How do I store the brush head on the fabric cleaner? We have equipped with a black hook of brush and screws, you need to use the screws to fix the hook first and then hang the brush head on it.
